Clearly written and thorough

Dr. Dryden is clear and thorough in his development of the topic. He includes step-by-step procedures for improving one's self-acceptance. I think he was right to encourage readers to practice the techniques he describes for 20 minutes per day, five days per week, for two years. The process of improving self-acceptance will not be easy.
